Automated Testbed Infrastructure
The evaluation of EPC Information Services and EPC Discovery Services is currently not possible due the lack of real world systems. Based on simulation data from previous projects this testbed has to perform the automated testing of such EPC systems to evaluate different theoretical and practical approaches.
My task is to develop such an infrastructure for the seminar Track & Trace in the Supply Chain seminar of the Enterprise Platform and Intergration Concepts group at the HPI.
This is the architecture I have developed. The Bencho web frontend and the runner is already implemented. The synchronization between the runners is already implemented. But yet a VM manager is missing which is supposed to provide predefined VMs to host the Systems under Test.
The Testbed is described in more detail in this paper.
